How the Peptide Calculator Works
The concentration of a reconstituted peptide is the peptide mass divided by the volume of diluent:
Concentration (mg/mL) = peptide mass (mg) ÷ water added (mL)

How much bacteriostatic water should I add to a peptide?
The volume is set by your laboratory protocol. The table shows the concentration you get from 1 mL, 2 mL and 3 mL of water for the vial size you choose. Adding more water lowers the concentration.

Which diluent should I use?
