BioRX Medical (“BioRX Medical,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing high-quality research products. Due to the specialized nature of our products, returns and refunds are limited. This Refund & Return Policy explains the circumstances under which a return, replacement, or refund may be considered.

Research Use Only

All products sold by BioRX Medical are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. To maintain product quality, integrity, and traceability, returns are limited once products have been processed or shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final.

BioRX Medical does not accept general returns or provide refunds once an order has been processed or shipped, except in limited circumstances described in this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your order was damaged during transit, please contact BioRX Medical within a reasonable period after delivery.

To assist with our review, we may request:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label where applicable

If we determine that an incorrect product was shipped or that the issue is the result of an error on the part of BioRX Medical, we may, at our sole discretion:

Provide a replacement product;
Issue a refund to the original payment method where appropriate; or
Offer another reasonable resolution based on the circumstances.

If damage occurred during shipment and is determined to be the responsibility of the shipping carrier, any claim for loss or damage will be subject to the carrier’s claims process and policies. BioRX Medical is not responsible for damage caused during transit by third-party carriers, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in providing information needed to support a shipping claim where appropriate.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Non-Returnable Products

Because our products are sold for research use only, products that have been opened, used, altered, tampered with, or otherwise compromised after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

International Orders

BioRX Medical ships to customers in Canada and internationally. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may be legally imported into their jurisdiction.

BioRX Medical is not responsible for delays, refusals, seizures, or additional costs resulting from customs procedures, import restrictions, or local regulations. Refunds or replacements are generally not available in these circumstances.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution. For cryptocurrency transactions, approved refunds are subject to applicable network conditions and processing requirements.
